Primer Sealer

DUROCK™ Primer-Sealer

DUROCK™ Primer-Sealer (a high-quality floor underlayment primer-sealer). It is ideal for sealing porous concrete subfloors prior to the application of a poured underlayment, and also can be used as a primer between the poured underlayment and floor covering adhesive.

DUROCK primer-sealer is a high-solids sealant ideal for sealing highly porous concrete, precast concrete and wood planks (often encountered in rehab projects).

DUROCK primer-sealer also may be used as a primer for DUROCK Multi-Use self-leveling underlayment to enhance the bond between the underlayment and the floor covering adhesive. The low-odor, mildew-resistant primer-sealer will not stain finished floors, and reduces the alkalinity of concrete floor surfaces. MSDS

Levelrock® Brand SRM-25™ is a ¼" Sound Reduction Mat used to meet the NEW minimum ICC code criteria of a 50 IIC and 50 STC. SRM-25™ can exceed 60 IIC and 60 STC points based on tested assemblies. Accessories available include SRM Levelrock™ Brand Seam Tape and Levelrock® Brand Perimeter Isolations strip.
